Accountabilities Own full-cycle product recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process for Product Management roles, from mid-level to senior positions, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and closing.

Partner with senior stakeholders: Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, establish hiring priorities, develop recruitment strategies, and design effective interview processes aligned with business objectives.

Build high-quality talent pipelines: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, networking initiatives, and market-mapping exercises to identify and engage exceptional Product Management talent in competitive markets.

Serve as a strategic talent advisor: Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, candidate insights, compensation context, and recruiting data to support informed decisions and improve hiring outcomes.

Drive effective candidate evaluation: Facilitate interview debriefs, align stakeholders on candidate assessments, and ensure hiring decisions reflect established standards for quality, capability, and team fit.

Lead candidate closing strategies: Build strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, address concerns proactively, negotiate offers, and secure successful placements while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Monitor recruiting performance: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identify pipeline bottlenecks, evaluate sourcing effectiveness, and implement improvements that enhance hiring speed, efficiency, and quality.

Collaborate across the recruiting function: Partner with sourcers, recruiting coordinators, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience.

Represent the organization's mission and culture: Communicate the organization's purpose, values, and product vision authentically to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Improve recruitment processes: Contribute to the development of recruiting playbooks, standardized workflows, and scalable practices that support continued growth within the Product organization.

Promote inclusive hiring: Apply thoughtful, equitable recruitment practices and help build diverse product teams by broadening talent pipelines and supporting consistent candidate evaluation.

Requirements

Recruiting experience: Five to eight years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including a demonstrated track record of hiring Product Managers across mid-level and senior positions.

Product Management expertise: A strong understanding of product management disciplines, including product strategy, execution, cross-functional collaboration, and technical fluency.

Advanced sourcing skills: Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage high-quality Product Management candidates through creative sourcing techniques, networking, market research, and talent mapping.

Strategic stakeholder partnership: Experience working directly with senior Product and Engineering leaders to define hiring needs, influence decisions, and deliver recruitment outcomes aligned with organizational priorities.

Offer negotiation and closing: Demonstrated success managing candidate relationships through final interview stages, addressing objections, negotiating offers, and converting qualified candidates into successful hires.

Data-driven decision-making: Comfort analyzing recruiting metrics, interpreting market insights, and using performance data to identify opportunities for process optimization and better hiring outcomes.

Candidate-first communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to empathy, transparency, responsiveness, and a thoughtful candidate experience.

Relationship management: The ability to build trust with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting partners while managing multiple searches and competing priorities effectively.

Adaptability and ownership: A proactive, organized approach to recruitment, with the ability to navigate changing business needs, operate independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience partnering strategically with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams on talent strategy, market intelligence, and workforce planning.

Experience working in an embedded recruiting model or serving as the primary recruitment partner for a specific business function.

Exposure to high-growth SaaS, financial technology, or other technology-driven organizations.

Experience developing recruiting playbooks, improving hiring processes, or implementing scalable Product Management recruitment strategies.

Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and strategies for attracting and evaluating diverse product talent.
