Senior Product Marketing Manager, Fund Administration
Accountabilities: Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for the fund administration business, creating differentiated value propositions for CFOs, fund controllers, finance and fund operations leaders, investor services, accounting, treasury, compliance, loan operations, and technical stakeholders.
Develop buyer and influencer personas, industry playbooks, objection frameworks, and content strategies across the sales journey.
Build and maintain a detailed understanding of internal fund administration experts, including their areas of expertise and the situations where their involvement can best support sales opportunities.
Maintain strong knowledge of reference customers across different sizes, asset classes, and profiles, helping Sales match relevant customer proof to prospects.
Lead fund administration product and feature launches from planning through execution, establishing repeatable launch frameworks and coordinating readiness across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the broader market.
Gather post-launch adoption signals and customer feedback and use those insights to inform future product development.
Partner directly with Sales leadership and sellers to create executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, demo narratives, stakeholder-specific presentations, and other deal-support materials.
Support pipeline generation, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across the broader platform by maintaining consistent and compelling product narratives.
Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on fund administration deal dynamics and contribute directly to messaging and strategy for high-priority opportunities.
Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and Sales feedback sessions to strengthen understanding of fund administration personas, use cases, and buying priorities.
Develop customer stories that provide credible, real-world evidence for positioning and sales conversations.
Own competitive intelligence for the fund administration segment and share actionable insights with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product teams.
Use AI agents, LLMs, and automation tools to accelerate account research, synthesize customer and competitive insights, and improve the production of messaging and enablement materials while applying human judgment where needed.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in or adjacent to fund administration, such as working for a fund administrator, on a fund CFO, controller, or finance operations team, or at a company providing fund administration technology or services.
Strong understanding of how fund administration teams operate, their key stakeholders, buying processes, and business priorities.
Experience in B2B product marketing or go-to-market strategy is advantageous, particularly experience closely supporting Sales and influencing commercial outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex market, customer, and product insights into clear and compelling go-to-market messaging and enablement materials.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Practical experience using LLMs, AI agents, or AI automation tools to accelerate research, content development, and other professional workflows.
Sound judgment regarding where AI and automation can improve efficiency and where human expertise and interpretation remain essential.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Growth Marketing, and other stakeholders.
Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in developing content, supporting deals, conducting research, and driving launches.

Canadian base salary: CA$85,000–CA$137,000, with actual compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and applicable local requirements.
