Accountabilities: The Senior Partner Solutions Advisor will support partner enablement, customer engagements, and technical sales initiatives by providing strategic guidance and deep product expertise. This role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner technical sales teams through enablement sessions, product demonstrations, sales resources, and strategic guidance.

Help partners understand when and how solutions can address customer needs related to open-source and enterprise data science workflows.

Serve as a subject matter expert for platform integrations, including connected applications and enterprise data solutions.

Support pre-sales activities by participating in customer and partner conversations, technical evaluations, demonstrations, and architecture discussions.

Provide technical guidance on enterprise infrastructure topics including system administration, authentication, networking, containerization, and deployment practices.

Represent the customer and partner perspective internally by sharing insights with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.

Create and deliver technical content including webinars, workshops, documentation, demos, and educational resources.

Explore product enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements based on customer and partner feedback.

Collaborate with alliance leadership to develop partner engagement strategies and improve technical sales processes.

Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen team efficiency, knowledge sharing, and scalable customer support practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technically minded customer-facing professional with experience in enterprise software, partner ecosystems, and technical solution consulting. Strong candidates may not have every listed skill but demonstrate curiosity, ownership, and the ability to learn quickly.

Experience working in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, partner enablement, or a related customer-facing technical role.

Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles, especially within indirect sales or technology partner environments.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with data science workflows and interest in helping organizations adopt modern analytics and research technologies.

Understanding of enterprise infrastructure concepts, including servers, cloud environments, containers, authentication, networking, and system administration.

Experience with technologies such as Docker, enterprise application deployment, or running technical platforms in production environments.

Familiarity with Snowflake’s data cloud and Snowpark Container Services is highly valuable.

Ability to engage with IT teams, system administrators, developers, and business stakeholders.

Strong presentation, documentation, and storytelling skills with experience creating technical content.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and operating in a globally distributed environment.

A learning-oriented mindset with the humility to explore unfamiliar technical areas and continuously develop expertise.
