Senior Partner Account Manager
Accountabilities: In this role, you will own a portfolio of strategic technology and advisory partnerships, turning collaborative relationships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and long-term business growth.
Manage the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and contracting through activation, go-to-market execution, growth, and executive relationship management.
Develop and maintain joint business plans covering ideal customer profiles, target accounts, pipeline generation, annual recurring revenue (ARR), services objectives, and performance expectations.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by collaborating with Account Executives on joint account mapping, target-account planning, shared pipeline reviews, and multilevel stakeholder engagement.
Train and enable partner sales and technical teams on product positioning, value propositions, and core use cases to help them identify, refer, and support qualified opportunities.
Equip internal Account Executives to work effectively with partners by establishing co-selling practices, coordinating sales cycles, and strengthening field-level collaboration.
Partner with Marketing to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including webinars, events, co-branded content, integration marketing, and targeted campaigns.
Contribute to the development and scaling of partner operations and partnership programs, including partner segmentation, tiering, incentives, playbooks, reporting, and repeatable processes.
Collaborate with Product and Partner Solutions teams on integration roadmaps, joint value propositions, and opportunities to improve partner offerings.
Gather partner and market feedback and communicate relevant insights internally to inform commercial strategies and product development.
Build strong executive relationships with technology partners, advisory firms, and finance-sector stakeholders to support mutual growth and accountability.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines extensive B2B SaaS partnership experience with commercial ownership, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to convert strategic relationships into measurable revenue.
At least 8 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, strategic alliances, or business development within a B2B SaaS company.
At least 4 years of experience in a partner role directly accountable for pipeline generation or revenue.

Experience in corporate performance management (CPM), enterprise performance management (EPM), or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software is strongly preferred. Candidates with substantial EPM sales experience and limited partner management experience may also be considered.
Proven ability to co-sell with Account Executives on complex, multistakeholder mid-market and enterprise deals.
Experience creating and presenting joint business plans to partner executives and holding partners accountable for agreed objectives.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior partner leaders and Chief Financial Officers.
Strong analytical and operational skills, including proficiency with Salesforce, partner attribution, and pipeline performance metrics. Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools is an advantage.
