Accountabilities End-to-End Product Supply Strategy: Lead integrated supply planning for assigned complex products and portfolio segments across launch, growth, maturity, and sunset stages. Develop and maintain robust global supply strategies spanning drug substance, drug product, and finished goods, incorporating demand, inventory, capacity, quality, regulatory, financial, lifecycle, and market considerations.

Integrated Planning and Execution: Translate product strategies into executable supply plans, ensuring alignment across internal manufacturing sites, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), distribution partners, regions, and markets. Maintain accurate planning assumptions, scenarios, risks, actions, and governance records in SAP IBP and related planning systems.

Supply Performance and Inventory Management: Drive shared accountability for product availability, customer service, inventory health, supply continuity, and plan execution. Develop inventory positioning and deployment strategies, establish appropriate targets, and recommend actions to mitigate excess and obsolete inventory while balancing working capital, cost, resilience, and patient supply.

Risk Management and Scenario Planning: Identify emerging supply risks, network dependencies, and potential constraints. Lead complex scenario analysis, contingency planning, supply prioritization, and trade-off assessments, translating incomplete or conflicting information into clear recommendations and decision-ready options.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination: Orchestrate planning and execution across manufacturing, network planning, regional supply chain, quality, regulatory affairs, logistics, finance, commercial teams, and external supply partners. Build alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities through influence, collaboration, and shared accountability rather than direct authority.

Governance and Executive Communication: Represent global end-to-end product supply planning in relevant Supply Review, S&OP/IBP, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long-Range Plan (LRP), launch, lifecycle, and portfolio governance forums. Communicate performance, risks, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations clearly to executive, technical, operational, and external audiences.

Network Capacity Planning Partnership: Work closely with Network Capacity Planning to translate product-level demand, supply, inventory, launch, lifecycle, and risk assumptions into aggregate capacity requirements. Jointly evaluate emerging constraints, capacity opportunities, timing gaps, and mitigation options while maintaining clear ownership boundaries for network capacity plans and longer-term capacity strategy.

Digital Planning and Systems Enablement: Own RCCP business-process and functional requirements for SAP IBP and supporting solutions. Collaborate with Digital, Data, Technology, Analytics, and planning teams on system design, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and enhancements. Establish appropriate controls for data quality, master data, model integrity, assumptions, traceability, and user access.

Analytics and Responsible AI: Leverage advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI-enabled tools to improve scenario development, forecasting insights, and decision support. Validate outputs, protect confidential information, and ensure appropriate human judgment and governance.

Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver role-based RCCP training, practical exercises, job aids, facilitator materials, and reference guides. Establish onboarding, coaching, proficiency expectations, and a community of practice while assessing readiness, addressing resistance, and reinforcing sustainable adoption.

Continuous Improvement and Capability Development: Maintain RCCP process documentation, governance calendars, templates, controls, standard work, and maturity roadmaps. Measure adoption and process effectiveness, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve planning capabilities in response to evolving business needs.
