Senior Implementation Operations Specialist

Accountabilities: Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and operational insights.

Build reports and analyses that support leadership decision-making and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Identify, prioritize, and manage operational improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives from initial problem definition through delivery and measurement.

Gather requirements, develop solutions, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and track project outcomes.

Maintain project documentation, status updates, and visibility through Jira and other project management tools.

Develop a strong understanding of product offerings and Implementation processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and scalability.

Evaluate existing workflows and develop improved solutions involving tools, automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate solutions, and validate that delivered improvements address operational needs.

Create clear process documentation, guidance, and operational resources that promote consistent execution.

Design and deliver training for new processes, tools, and operational changes, including follow-up to support adoption.

Communicate effectively with team members, cross-functional partners, and leadership while proactively identifying risks, blockers, and escalation points.

Participate in special projects and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, business analysis, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including experience building, analyzing, and validating business reports.

Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and practical, actionable solutions.

Demonstrated experience independently managing projects from problem identification through implementation and outcome measurement.

Strong organizational skills, execution, and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive alignment.

Experience managing risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations with sound judgment.

Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and operational resources.

Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau or comparable business intelligence platforms.

Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

Strong computer skills, with experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment both independently and collaboratively.

Experience with SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, professional services, cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise software is preferred.

Experience with process improvement, automation, operational efficiency initiatives, Jira, change management, or process adoption is a plus.
