Senior Client Solutions Manager, Sports & Entertainment
Accountabilities: Account Growth & Retention: Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and carry responsibility for Net Revenue Retention, renewals, expansion, and overall commercial growth.
Strategic Client Relationships: Build trusted relationships with senior brand-side stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner rather than simply a campaign contact.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams to maintain alignment, efficient execution, and strong client outcomes.
Relationship Management: Lead client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs, building trust and addressing performance concerns directly when necessary.
Strategic Insights: Translate campaign and account data into actionable recommendations, presenting performance against KPIs such as engagement, earned media value, sales lift, and affiliate impact.
AI-First Execution: Use AI tools and workflows daily to accelerate reporting, renewal modeling, upsell preparation, client-data analysis, and other high-value account activities.
End-to-End Delivery: Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns while maintaining quality, deadlines, brand alignment, and margins.
Revenue Planning: Manage renewal timelines, identify expansion opportunities, forecast account performance, and communicate account growth using clear commercial metrics.
Performance Optimization: Use campaign data to optimize active programs and apply learnings to future initiatives, treating reporting as a decision-making tool rather than a retrospective exercise.
Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate tracking, monitor team capacity, resolve inefficiencies, and ensure client feedback is captured and acted upon.
People Leadership: Lead a team or pod of Client Solutions Managers and/or Junior Client Solutions Managers, supporting workload management, coaching, performance development, and client-service standards.
Risk Management: Identify performance, scope, relationship, or margin risks early and take action before they threaten account health or growth.
Requirements
Industry Experience: 6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, including substantial experience managing large or enterprise accounts.
Platform Expertise: Hands-on campaign experience and strong working knowledge of Meta and TikTok.
Commercial Track Record: Demonstrated success in account growth and retention, with the ability to quantify results and explain the actions that influenced them.
Revenue Ownership: Previous experience being measured against revenue, retention, or Net Revenue Retention targets, with a clear understanding of the drivers behind those results.
People Leadership: Direct experience managing and developing people, including conducting one-on-ones, managing workloads, and improving team performance.
AI-Native Mindset: Strong experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows to improve execution speed, insight generation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of account economics and the ability to confidently communicate the revenue impact of managed accounts.
Operational Discipline: Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage complex campaigns, budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
Communication: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to have direct conversations and address challenging issues proactively.
Personal Qualities: Curious, commercially aware, adaptable, direct, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working independently with limited direction.
Working Style: Proactive and forward-looking, with the ability to identify emerging risks and opportunities before they become urgent issues.

Base Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually.
