Senior Associate, Investment Solutions Consultant
Accountabilities: Drive and exceed assigned territory and individual General Office investment sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with agents and field management within a captive agency sales environment.
Develop deep knowledge of investment products, including annuities and mutual funds, as well as related sales processes.
Provide case development, investment solution design, and sales support to agents.
Introduce new product enhancements and communicate relevant investment concepts to agents and field leadership.
Tailor product guidance to individual client needs, market conditions, and applicable tax considerations.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product education sessions to agents and clients.
Provide technical guidance and product information through individual meetings and larger group presentations.
Proactively collaborate with management to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support territory performance.
Travel frequently throughout the assigned territory to support offices, agents, and client-facing activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Approximately 5 years of wholesaling experience involving annuity or investment products.
Broad and comprehensive knowledge of the annuity business and a strong understanding of investment sales processes.
Experience selling or supporting annuity and mutual fund products within a financial services environment.
Strong understanding of sales dynamics, investment products, and client needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to both individuals and groups.
Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Motivated, energetic, and self-directed, with the ability to drive objectives relatively autonomously.
Industry-recognized designations such as RICP, ChFC, or CFP are highly desirable.
Active life insurance license, Series 6 or Series 7, and Series 63 registrations required.
Understanding of Advanced Markets is a plus.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently, potentially up to 80% of the time.
Ability to complete required FINRA-licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.

Base salary range of $80,000–$100,000, with actual compensation determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
