Senior Associate, Community Partnership Operations
Accountabilities Own and drive action items arising from partnership leadership meetings, cross-functional discussions, and ad hoc team requests through to resolution.
Maintain a centralized tracking system across multiple partnership representatives, ensuring requests, owners, priorities, and deadlines remain visible and actionable.
Manage and organize partner-facing collateral, identifying outdated materials and making appropriate updates to keep resources current.
Own the regular review and maintenance of the community partnership playbook as the team expands into new markets.
Maintain the playbook as a reliable source of truth, incorporating new processes, learnings, and operational guidance.
Pull and analyze data from BI platforms and Google Sheets to answer ad hoc business questions and generate actionable insights.
Monitor dashboards for accuracy, investigate anomalies, and flag data quality issues that may affect decision-making.
Manage CRM data hygiene, including deduplication, correcting account classifications, and maintaining accurate partner and referral information.
Coordinate data and product requests from partnership representatives and leadership, serving as the liaison with data and engineering teams through resolution.
Develop increasingly sophisticated analytical capabilities and take on greater ownership of dashboards and reporting over time.
Translate ambiguous requests into clearly scoped projects, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate progress and outcomes effectively.
Identify operational gaps and recurring issues, recommend improvements, and document learnings so the broader team benefits.
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, data operations, or a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets , including tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Experience pulling, structuring, and analyzing larger datasets using BI platforms such as Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
Ability to work independently and own operational systems, datasets, trackers, or playbooks from start to finish with limited oversight.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to transform broad or ambiguous requests into clearly defined actions and follow them through to completion.
Data-driven approach to problem solving, including the ability to identify anomalies, data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate effectively between field teams, data or engineering stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Comfort working in an environment where priorities, processes, and requirements can change quickly.
High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, systems, and workflows.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
Experience with CRM systems and data cleanup or hygiene processes is a plus.
Experience in a high-growth healthcare or health technology environment is preferred.
Exposure to opioid use disorder, substance use disorder, behavioral health, healthcare operations, sales, or pipeline management is advantageous.

Annual compensation range of $85,000–$95,000 USD .
