SAP Freshers Training & Simulated Project Experience
Accountabilities: Participate in structured SAP S/4HANA project experience activities designed to build familiarity with implementation-oriented consulting workflows and practical project environments.
Engage in business process discussions and functional consulting activities to strengthen understanding of how SAP solutions are applied in real-world consulting scenarios.
Develop exposure to functional consulting documentation, project collaboration practices, testing processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination concepts.
Learn and apply principles of the SAP Activate methodology as part of the broader project and consulting experience.
Participate in mentor-guided learning sessions and team-based activities that encourage collaboration and practical problem-solving.
Choose the Project Experience Program for additional project-oriented exposure after completing SAP training, or the Training + Project Experience Program for additional SAP module training before beginning project activities.
Strengthen readiness for SAP consulting interviews through resume guidance, behavioral interview preparation, technical interview discussions, and consulting-oriented practice.
Participate in the subsequent 16–18 week placement-focused program, which may include a job gap matrix, resume customization, fast-track project experience, interview preparation, external resume marketing, and client interview opportunities.
Receive interview guidance and, where applicable, support related to placement opportunities and post-placement onboarding.
