Salesforce FSC Solution Architect – Banking
Accountabilities: Define high-level technical architectures for Salesforce-based banking solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives, technical standards, scalability requirements, security expectations, and industry best practices.
Design comprehensive Financial Services Cloud data models that support complex customer, account, and relationship structures commonly found within banking environments.
Architect robust integration patterns between Salesforce, legacy core banking systems, and third-party financial services using REST and SOAP APIs to enable reliable enterprise data exchange.
Lead the design and development of custom banking functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow to address specialized business requirements and customer journeys.
Architect and implement OmniStudio solutions that simplify customer interactions, streamline internal processes, and support complex guided experiences and business logic.
Ensure solution designs incorporate applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, supporting secure and compliant financial services operations.
Provide strategic technical and solution architecture guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders while evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovations that improve platform capabilities, performance, and security.
Requirements
Bring 15 to 20 years of professional experience in software architecture and enterprise technology, with substantial hands-on experience within Salesforce ecosystems and large-scale implementations.
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data model and the ability to apply it effectively to complex banking scenarios.
Have proven experience architecting and delivering integrations between Salesforce, core banking platforms, and external financial data sources.
Possess advanced development expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow, with the ability to design custom applications for sophisticated financial use cases.
Have deep knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns, including the ability to design reliable and scalable system-to-system integrations.
Demonstrate specialized expertise with Salesforce OmniStudio for creating guided customer experiences, streamlined workflows, and complex business logic.
Understand financial-sector regulatory requirements, particularly KYC and AML processes, and be able to incorporate compliance considerations into solution architecture.
Bring a strong background in Salesforce Solution and Technical Architecture, combined with the strategic communication and stakeholder-management skills required to lead complex banking technology initiatives.
