Accountabilities Implement, configure, administer, and support RingCentral environments within enterprise customer environments.

Support deployments, migrations, upgrades, onboarding initiatives, and ongoing optimization of RingCentral solutions.

Configure users, extensions, call queues, auto attendants, routing rules, devices, and enterprise voice functionality.

Design, analyze, and troubleshoot call flows and call-routing configurations.

Investigate complex voice and telephony issues involving call quality, connectivity, registration, signaling, and routing.

Troubleshoot SIP and VoIP communications across network and application layers.

Support phone-number provisioning, porting, migration, and related telephony activities.

Configure and troubleshoot physical phones and softphone endpoints.

Diagnose network-related voice issues involving LAN/WAN, firewalls, NAT, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and connectivity.

Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective RingCentral configurations.

Support integrations with third-party enterprise applications, including SSO, identity, CRM, API, and directory platforms when required.

Monitor platform performance and proactively identify potential service issues.

Manage technical incidents and escalations through established ticketing and support processes.

Collaborate with networking, infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex UCaaS issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, configuration records, and troubleshooting guides.

Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to customers and internal support teams.

Requirements

Strong professional experience working with RingCentral in enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting RingCentral solutions.

Strong understanding of UCaaS and enterprise telephony environments.

Practical experience with VoIP and SIP technologies.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex voice, connectivity, call-quality, signaling, and routing issues.

Strong knowledge of call flows, call routing, auto attendants, call queues, extensions, and enterprise dialing configurations.

Experience with phone provisioning, endpoint configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience supporting telephone-number porting and telephony migrations.

Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewalls, and QoS.

Ability to investigate voice problems across both network and application layers.

Experience supporting enterprise customers and resolving escalated technical issues.

Strong technical troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical capabilities.

Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with networking, infrastructure, security, and application teams.

English proficiency at B2 level or above and Spanish proficiency at B2 level or above.

Experience with RingCentral MVP, RingCentral Contact Center, or RingCentral certifications is a plus.

Experience migrating customers from legacy PBX or other UCaaS platforms to RingCentral is advantageous.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integrations, SSO and identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.

Experience with RingCentral APIs and webhooks or other UCaaS and collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or 8x8 is advantageous.

Experience in an MSP, professional services, consulting, or other customer-facing technical environment is a plus.
