Revenue Operations Director
Accountabilities: Lead Revenue Operations strategy by connecting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around shared business objectives, targets, and revenue outcomes.
Build, optimize, and analyze the internal infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable efficient customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and redesign processes to improve scalability, consistency, and effectiveness.
Align revenue technology and data infrastructure to provide a comprehensive view of revenue performance, business activity, and go-to-market operations.
Own and improve revenue forecasting practices, using business data to support informed planning and decision-making.
Develop customer health dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable visibility into customer engagement and retention.
Partner with go-to-market teams to uncover insights from business data and translate them into operational improvements.
Support sales enablement by developing training and guidance around CRM platforms and other revenue systems.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, business-aligned FP&A, go-to-market strategy, or go-to-market operations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, another STEM discipline such as Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering, or a related field in Business or Finance.
Demonstrated experience working with CRM platforms and revenue technology.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect data, processes, systems, and business outcomes.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse teams around common objectives.
Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-growing environment.
Genuine interest in quantum computing and enthusiasm for learning about emerging technologies and their business applications.
MBA is preferred.
Experience working in both startup and larger-company environments is preferred.
