  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency, staffing agency, or another fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of identifying and engaging high-performing passive candidates for specialized positions.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and managing multiple searches with competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to evaluate candidates’ actual contributions, depth of expertise, practical skills, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Strong interviewing skills, including the ability to ask insightful follow-up questions and distinguish demonstrated expertise from rehearsed responses.

  • Excellent candidate relationship management and communication skills, particularly throughout detailed, multi-stage interview processes.
  • Confidence discussing compensation, managing offer negotiations, and supporting candidates through informed career decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across candidate pipelines, requisitions, interview feedback, and hiring documentation.
