Accountabilities: Review work prepared by team members, including annual trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)(4) testing, 410(b) testing, Form 5500, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance.

Perform quality reviews for work produced by other departments as needed.

Identify errors, omissions, compliance issues, and opportunities to improve the accuracy and consistency of work products.

Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to junior staff members based on quality review findings.

Interpret retirement plan documents and related notices to support accurate administration and compliance.

Participate in process improvement initiatives, standards development, and client service projects when time permits.

Monitor new regulations and legislation and maintain awareness of proposed changes that may affect retirement plan administration.

Strengthen professional knowledge through industry seminars, continuing education, and independent study.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in nondiscrimination testing.

Strong knowledge of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code and related regulations.

NIPA or ASPPA credentials, or a four-year college degree.

Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to identify oversights and assess complex work products accurately and consistently.

Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Coachable mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to colleagues.

Experience with Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is a plus.

Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer and work from within the United States.

Benefits:

Base salary of $100,000–$120,000.

Salaried, non-exempt position.
