Public Sector Marketing Manager
Accountabilities: Own and execute the integrated marketing plan for US Public Sector audiences across Federal and SLED markets.
Lead field and event marketing activities, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, partner events, and pre- and post-event communications.
Manage the public-sector communications and email calendar, including campaign emails, nurture programs, announcements, newsletters, and event promotions.
Develop and manage partnerships and sponsorships with industry associations, media organizations, system integrators, and other public-sector partners.
Partner with Demand Generation to define target audiences, messaging, offers, content, creative requirements, landing pages, and sales follow-up plans for paid campaigns.
Lead integrated campaigns across email, paid digital, website, SEO, content syndication, events, and partner channels to build awareness and generate pipeline.
Own the strategy and content roadmap for the public-sector website, including campaign landing pages and ongoing optimization.
Develop account-based marketing programs targeting Federal agencies, SLED organizations, system integrators, and other priority accounts.
Create public-sector messaging and content across email, web, events, sales enablement, blogs, ebooks, guides, and white papers.
Collaborate closely with Public Sector Sales on account priorities, campaign planning, messaging, event follow-up, and sales materials.
Track campaign and event performance, measure return on investment, and report marketing contributions to pipeline.
Requirements:
5–7+ years of broad B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, GovTech, HR technology, learning technology, or related environments.
Experience marketing to US Federal or SLED audiences, with an understanding of procurement cycles, budget processes, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience delivering integrated marketing programs across events, email, partnerships, content, web, and digital channels.
Strong field and event marketing experience, including conference planning, sponsorship activation, event promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Experience developing partner marketing programs with associations, media organizations, technology partners, system integrators, or similar organizations.
Strong messaging, writing, and storytelling skills across email, web, event promotion, sales enablement, and long-form content.
Working knowledge of paid digital marketing and experience partnering with demand generation or media specialists to launch and optimize campaigns.
Hands-on experience with email automation, campaign operations, and account-based marketing programs.
Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and external partners.
Knowledge of learning technology, LMS or LXP platforms, or compliance training is preferred.
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Semrush, and account-based marketing tools is preferred.
Familiarity with FedRAMP, GovRAMP, or other public-sector compliance frameworks is a plus.
Must be based in the United States and be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
