Accountabilities: Partner with senior Product and GTM Marketing leadership to manage priorities, communications, operating rhythms, annual planning, all-hands meetings, offsites, QBRs, executive reviews, and business updates.

Lead strategic and high-priority initiatives from planning through execution, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous or emerging opportunities.

Identify and develop opportunities to use AI across functions to improve productivity, accelerate execution, and expand the team's impact.

Develop business analysis and decision-support materials that help leadership evaluate opportunities, risks, trade-offs, and potential business impacts.

Monitor strategic goals, KPIs, initiatives, and execution progress, providing leadership with visibility and actionable recommendations when adjustments are needed.

Own the Product and GTM Marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, tracking, reporting, governance, and strategic resource allocation.

Establish a centralized content and knowledge repository serving as a single source of truth for strategies, assets, frameworks, and key organizational information.

Define knowledge-management structures and processes that improve information accessibility and integration across teams.

Act as a central connector between Product and GTM Marketing and partner organizations including Sales, Product, Partnerships, and other Marketing functions.

Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by identifying opportunities to improve communication, relationships, processes, and shared execution.

Champion team culture and belonging by developing programs, rituals, and practices that support engagement across a distributed workforce.

Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on organizational health, team structure, operational effectiveness, and strategic priorities.

Anticipate emerging trends in product marketing operations and introduce innovative, AI-enabled approaches that scale the function.

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, product marketing, chief of staff, or a closely related discipline.

Undergraduate degree required.

Experience supporting senior executives, Product Marketing leaders, or Go-to-Market leadership teams is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with Product Marketing activities such as product launches, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.

Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from conception through delivery.

Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent business judgment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into concise recommendations and actionable plans.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels without relying on direct authority.

Strong operational discipline and the ability to establish structure, processes, priorities, and accountability in fast-changing environments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a clear focus on business outcomes.

Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment is preferred.

Comfortable working with ambiguity, anticipating organizational needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Strategic mindset combined with a strong bias toward execution and measurable results.

Benefits:

Competitive U.S. salary range of $154,000–$265,000 per year , with actual compensation depending on location, qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
