Your tasks

• Collaboratewithstakeholderstoorganizefeedbackcycles,manageexpectations,andalignpriorities,scope,timelines,andqualitystandards.
• CoordinatedesignanddevelopmentactivitiesinvolvingtoolssuchasFigmaandStorybook,supportingthecreationandimplementationofreusablecomponents.
• Overseetheevolutionofdesignsystems,ensuringalignmentbetweenbusinessrequirements,brandneeds,designtokens,componentlibraries,andtechnicalimplementation.
• Facilitatecollaborationbetweenfrontend,backend,andinfrastructureteamstoensureintegratedandconsistentproductdelivery.
• Supportthedefinitionandrefinementoffeatures,userstories,andacceptancecriteria,ensuringclarityonexpectedoutcomesandrequirements.
• Monitorteamcapacity,deliveryprogress,andproductperformancetoimprovepredictability,quality,andexecutionefficiency.
• Communicateprojectstatus,risks,dependencies,decisions,andachievementstorelevantstakeholders.
• MentorandguideotherProductOwners,coordinatingtheiractivitiesandensuringalignmentwithbroaderproductstrategies.

Requirements

• ProvenexperienceinProductManagement,ProductOwnership,orasimilarrolewithintechnology-drivenenvironments.
• Strongunderstandingofdigitalproductmanagement,coveringstrategicplanning,execution,delivery,andcontinuousimprovement.
• KnowledgeofAgilemethodologies,includingScrum,Kanban,orhybridapproaches.
• ExperiencewithproductandprojectmanagementtoolssuchasJira,AzureDevOps,orequivalentplatforms.
• Familiaritywithbacklogandfeatureprioritizationtechniquesthatconsiderbusinessvalue,effort,risks,anddependencies.
• ExperiencewithKPIs,OKRs,performancemeasurement,anddata-informedproductdecisions.
• Knowledgeofdigitalecosystems,includingheadlessCMSplatforms,AI-poweredsearchsolutions,dataplatforms,andanalyticsintegrations.
• FamiliaritywithinterfacedesignanddevelopmentworkflowsusingtoolssuchasFigma,Storybook,andcomponentlibraries.
• Understandingofdesignsystems,designtokens,reusablecomponents,andAtomicDesignprinciples.
