Accountabilities: Own a portfolio of AI transformation business from initial opportunity through sale, delivery, account expansion, and long-term client success.

Carry a bookings target and take commercial accountability for the business generated, including qualification, scoping, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through executive outreach, speaking engagements, thought leadership, named-account strategies, and expansion within existing customer relationships.

Partner with established sales teams to identify AI transformation opportunities within existing enterprise accounts and coordinate co-selling activities.

Build trusted relationships with CHROs, COOs, transformation leaders, and other senior executives, acting as a strategic advisor even when the best recommendation may not create immediate revenue.

Lead client discovery to understand business models, operational friction, workforce dynamics, previous transformation experiences, and opportunities where AI can create measurable value.

Facilitate executive briefings, AI integration workshops, and team working sessions that help clients identify and prioritize practical AI opportunities.

Map how teams work and demonstrate where AI can augment or transform workflows, rather than simply adding another layer of technology.

Develop first-stage AI prototypes or workflows in client environments to demonstrate feasibility and business value.

Lead the people side of AI transformation, applying structured change management practices to help teams adopt new ways of working successfully.

Lead engagements sold by the role as the senior client-facing advisor and primary point of accountability.

Direct larger-scale technical delivery through qualified external delivery partners while maintaining accountability for scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes.

Evaluate AI vendor capabilities and technical approaches, ensuring production-grade implementation work is appropriately scoped and transitioned to delivery partners.

Grow accounts progressively by establishing success with an initial team, building executive sponsorship, and expanding into additional functions and business areas.

Develop recurring coaching, expert-access, and larger-scale work redesign opportunities following successful initial engagements.

Manage approximately six to ten client accounts simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and commercial discipline.

Track key performance indicators including originated bookings, existing-account opportunities, bookings attainment, account expansion, recurring revenue, delivery margin, and client satisfaction.

Document successful sales and delivery approaches so they can be replicated and used to scale the AI transformation practice.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, agency environments, or similar settings where senior professionals are responsible for both selling and delivering client work.

Proven success selling and closing consulting, advisory, or professional services engagements, including six- and seven-figure opportunities.

Strong experience with pricing, proposal development, deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and executive-level consultative selling.

Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently through outbound activity, thought leadership, speaking, account development, and expansion of existing relationships.

Experience working collaboratively with established sales teams to originate and close opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.

Experience leading AI, digital transformation, business transformation, or technology-enabled organizational change in complex enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with current enterprise AI assistants, AI models, agent platforms, and related tools, with the ability to demonstrate working prototypes or practical workflows.

Ability to understand AI capabilities deeply enough to scope potential solutions, evaluate vendor claims, and determine when specialist technical delivery is required.

Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to lead executive discussions, workshops, working sessions, and transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of change management and the people side of transformation; formal change management experience is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with structured change methodologies is an advantage, while relevant professional certification is valued but not required at hire.

Strong commercial and business acumen, including understanding of rates, margins, delivery economics, cost of acquisition, and P&L considerations.

Ability to translate complex AI and transformation concepts into clear business outcomes for executive audiences.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where offerings, pricing, and delivery models continue to evolve.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and partner workstreams simultaneously.

Collaborative approach to co-selling and cross-functional work, with the ability to influence without competing for ownership or credit.

Strong customer focus, relationship-building skills, executive presence, and written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to travel up to approximately 20% for client and internal meetings.

Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without requiring employment visa sponsorship.

Benefits:
