PowerPoint Contributor - Investor Relations

Accountabilities Develop realistic PowerPoint tasks based on investor-relations workflows, including earnings materials, investor updates, company presentations, and similar financial communications.

Define precise presentation outcomes, such as focused slide edits, template completion, presentation creation from supplied sources, or updates incorporating new-period information.

Provide the source materials necessary to complete each assignment and ensure that all materials are authorized for use.

Create concise, objective evaluation criteria that enable reviewers to assess completed presentations consistently.

Review presentation outputs for accuracy and completeness, paying particular attention to reporting periods, financial figures, labels, narrative consistency, and alignment with supplied materials.

Ensure that presentations remain editable and accurately reflect the information and requirements provided for each task.

Identify inconsistencies, errors, omissions, or formatting issues and ensure that completed work meets the defined standards.

Revise submissions based on reviewer feedback and incorporate requested improvements accurately and efficiently.

Ensure that prompts, evaluation criteria, and input materials are human-authored.

Handle financial and business information carefully and avoid submitting confidential employer or client information.

Respect intellectual property and usage permissions when selecting and providing source materials; publicly available information does not automatically imply permission to reuse it.

Contributors with strong presentation-review experience may also support the review and evaluation of other contributors’ work.

Requirements

Practical professional experience creating, editing, or updating investor-facing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Familiarity with investor-relations materials such as earnings presentations, investor updates, company presentations, financial reporting, or similar business communications.

Strong understanding of professional presentation standards, including slide structure, formatting, templates, figures, labels, and visual consistency.

Careful and accurate handling of financial, business, and reporting-period information.

Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when checking figures, narrative consistency, labels, source alignment, and presentation completeness.

Strong written English skills and the ability to create precise instructions that another person can follow independently.

Ability to translate investor-relations workflows into clearly defined tasks, deliverables, and objective evaluation criteria.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and reliably.

Ability to assess presentation outputs objectively against supplied information and defined requirements.

Responsiveness to reviewer feedback and willingness to revise work accordingly.

Sound judgment regarding confidential and proprietary information, including understanding that public availability does not necessarily grant permission to reuse a source.

Reliable availability and communication throughout the engagement.

Relevant experience reviewing investor-facing or corporate presentations is advantageous, particularly for contributors interested in supporting review activities.

Candidates should be prepared to provide their relevant background, PowerPoint experience, potential start date, and weekly availability.
