PL Analista Administrativo (Afirmativa para Pessoas com Deficiência)
Accountabilities Support a variety of administrative processes, including document control, file organization, and responses to internal requests.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials to support management and decision-making.
Monitor deadlines, contracts, payments, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring administrative commitments are followed up appropriately.
Support purchasing activities, inventory control, and materials management when applicable.
Provide administrative support and information to internal and external stakeholders, helping resolve requests efficiently.
Assist with the organization of internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
Support the monitoring of administrative indicators, objectives, and performance targets.
Help ensure compliance with internal procedures, corporate policies, and established administrative standards.
Requirements:
Previous professional experience in administrative, financial, or management-support routines.
Completed higher education.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using management systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and data.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple administrative priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively and responsibly, maintaining quality while meeting deadlines.
Proactive mindset, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving administrative demands.
Experience in areas such as planning, procurement, HR, or finance is considered a plus.
