Accountabilities Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).
Build, maintain, and enhance Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, and workflows using Flow Designer.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as IntegrationHub.
Create, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance indicators within the platform.
Support data modeling and the organization of information from multiple sources to enable integrations, analytics, and effective reporting.
Contribute to automation, artificial intelligence, and GenAI initiatives within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Apply development best practices related to security, quality, scalability, maintainability, and platform performance.
Collaborate with agile teams and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective platform solutions.
Requirements
Solid professional experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Practical experience with ITSM processes, particularly Incident and Change Management.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and its application within ServiceNow development.
Hands-on experience building integrations through REST APIs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow reports, dashboards, data structures, and platform capabilities.
Understanding of data modeling, table relationships, and the integration of information from different data sources.
Familiarity with data concepts, indicators, information organization, and the development of dashboards and analytical solutions.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to technical quality and detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proactive mindset and interest in continuous learning, automation, emerging technologies, AI, and GenAI.
