Requirements

Bring 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, Human Resources (HR), learning and development, talent development, people development, consulting, coaching, client relationships, communications, or a related field.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, listen effectively, and lead thoughtful conversations with a wide range of individuals.

Have professional experience working with, developing, mentoring, or leading people in a professional environment.

Be self-directed, proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently while maintaining strong follow-through.

Demonstrate sound professional judgment and the ability to work effectively within established systems, processes, and guidelines.

Show a genuine commitment to continuous personal and professional development and a willingness to apply new learning in practice.

Be comfortable working within an independent, performance-based income model rather than a traditional fixed-salary structure.

Be authorized to work in the United States or Canada; candidates from other locations may be considered depending on location and eligibility.
