Partner Business Coordinator - Lenovo
Accountabilities: Collaborate with the technology vendor to support business activities and ongoing partner engagements.
Assist with managing vendor engagements, providing required information and reporting, and handling ad-hoc activities that support business growth.
Create and manage program contracts, track vendor funding, and coordinate with Finance to ensure marketing activities are properly invoiced.
Secure and approve content required for vendor-requested marketing and business activities.
Manage individual vendor portal programs, including deal registration and related processes.
Partner with Partner Business Managers and Senior Partner Business Managers to create and execute vendor engagements, marketing programs, and related activities.
Maintain the accuracy of vendor product information and oversee communication of product updates and information to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining deadlines, accurate documentation, and effective communication.
Support process improvements and facilitate changes across partner programs and business activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines and facilitating change.
Strong organizational and planning capabilities, with the ability to coordinate responsibilities across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify solutions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage business information accurately.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external vendor stakeholders.
1+ year of vendor or industry-related experience is considered an asset.
Solid understanding of industry and business concepts is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to evolving technology, tools, and business processes, with a curious and continuous-learning mindset.
Comfortable using AI-enabled tools as part of modern business workflows and open to developing further AI fluency.

Salary range of $57,000–$79,400, depending on experience and skill set.
