Accountabilities: Leadership & Delivery: Lead and mentor a small team of HCM analysts and developers while owning the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, enhancements, and production support activities.

Project & Workstream Management: Manage multiple concurrent workstreams covering configuration, development, integrations, testing, deployment, and support, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards.

Business Partnership: Act as a trusted bridge between HR business stakeholders and IT, partnering with HR and Finance leadership to identify requirements and drive strategic system initiatives.

Functional Solution Design: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate HR processes into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting.

Workshops & Testing: Lead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and UAT activities while ensuring solutions align with Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.

Technical Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting and analytics.

Integration & Data: Design and build integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Data Loader, spreadsheet loaders, and other data conversion tools.

Data Migration: Lead data migration strategies and execution for implementations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliable system transitions.

Release Management: Oversee configuration and development lifecycles, including design, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, deployment, and release management.

Oracle Updates: Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates through impact assessments, regression testing, issue resolution, and implementation of required fixes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HCM capabilities, streamline HR processes, and improve the scalability and effectiveness of enterprise workforce solutions.

Requirements:

Experience: 8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 5 years in a techno-functional or development-focused role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related discipline.

Oracle HCM Expertise: Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and strong knowledge of modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting.

Technical Development: Hands-on expertise with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

Integration Skills: Strong experience designing and developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.

Data & Migration: Experience with data loads, data conversion, migration strategies, and maintaining data integrity across HCM environments.

Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead Oracle HCM projects, manage multiple workstreams, and provide technical direction to analysts and developers.

Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, Finance, and technical teams.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.

Delivery Mindset: Ability to manage priorities, drive projects through the full development lifecycle, and maintain high standards for quality and reliability.
