NCR Trainer
Accountabilities Deliver Counter-sUAS training courses and events throughout the National Capital Region using validated, standardized instructional content.
Coordinate training logistics, facilities, schedules, and other operational requirements for NCR-based programs.
Liaise with local military units, agencies, and stakeholders to identify and address Counter-sUAS training requirements.
Maintain accurate training records and provide status updates to relevant training operations and synchronization teams.
Support curriculum delivery, student evaluation, and proficiency validation in accordance with established Counter-sUAS training standards.
Ensure local training remains aligned with broader Counter-sUAS doctrine while adapting delivery to mission-specific and regional requirements.
Assist with surge training and special events supporting domestic defense and joint task force priorities.
Requirements
5+ years of instructional, training delivery, or training coordination experience, preferably within Counter-UAS, base defense, military operations, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Active Secret security clearance required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Experience working with or within organizations in the National Capital Region is preferred.
Familiarity with NCR training facilities, protocols, military organizations, and interagency partners is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to deliver both technical and operational training effectively.
Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining consistency with broader training programs and established standards.
