Your tasks

• Leaddiscoveryandsolutiondesign:AssesstheexistingMiraklenvironment,reviewresponsibilitiesandownershiparrangements,identifyconfigurationgaps,anddesignthedropshipoperatingmodel.Definecatalogandattributestructures,categorymapping,offerandinventoryrules,andorder,shipping,cancellation,andreturnsworkflows.
• OwnMiraklconfiguration:Configuretheplatformaccordingtoestablishedbestpractices,documentconfigurationdecisions,establishcatalogtemplatesandvalidationrules,anddevelopstandardizedvendoronboardingworkflows.
• CoordinateShopifyintegration:CollaboratewitharchitectsandengineeringleadstodefinehowordersandstatusupdatesflowbetweenMiraklandShopify.Explainintegrationrequirements,identifytechnicalconstraints,andflagrequirementsthatcouldintroduceunnecessarycustomdevelopmentwithinMirakl.
• Planandexecutevendormigration:Developastructuredmigrationstrategyforapproximately30existingvendors,potentiallyexpandingto50ormore,alongsidenewvendorsjoiningtheprogram.Segmentvendorsbyintegrationmethod,includingShopifyconnectors,EDI,SPSCommerce,APIs,andfile-basedintegrations.
• Managevendoronboarding:Pilottheonboardingapproachwithnewvendorsbeforemigratingtheexistingvendornetwork.Supportparalleloperationswiththeincumbentmarketplaceproviderandcoordinatethetransitionofremainingvendorswhileminimizingdisruptiontoliveorders.
• Providetechnicalguidanceanddocumentation:Preparevendoronboardingguides,facilitategrouptrainingsessions,documentconfigurationdecisions,andcommunicatetechnicalrequirementsclearlytostakeholders.ServeastheprimaryMiraklsubject-matterexpertwhiletheclientretainsownershipofvendorrelationships.
• Drivetestingandlaunchreadiness:DevelopMirakltestscenariosforthesystemintegrationtestingplan,supporttestexecution,identifyconfigurationissues,andcoordinatetheirresolutionbeforelaunch.
• Supportgo-liveandhypercare:Providehands-onsupportduringcutoverandpost-launchstabilization,monitorrisksandoutstandingissues,andprepareoperationalrunbooksforhandovertotheclient'soperationsteam.
• Maintaindeliveryvisibility:Keeptheprogrammanagerinformedofprogress,dependencies,technicalchallenges,andriskstotheprojecttimelinethroughoutdiscovery,build,migration,andhypercare.

Requirements

• Miraklexpertise:Atleastthreeyearsofhands-onexperiencewithMiraklontheoperatorside,eitherattheplatformproviderorthroughanimplementationpartner,includingprofessionalservices,implementation,orcustomersuccess.
• Dropshipimplementationexperience:ParticipationinorleadershipofatleasttwoMiraklDropshiplaunches,withdirectinvolvementfromconfigurationthroughvendorgo-live.
• Platformconfigurationknowledge:DetailedunderstandingoftheMiraklbackoffice,includingcatalogandattributeconfiguration,categorymapping,offerandinventorymanagement,orderworkflows,andvendoronboarding.
• Vendormigrationandintegrationexperience:ProvenexperienceonboardingvendorsatscalethroughEDI,APIs,andconnector-basedintegrations.Previousexperiencemigratingvendorsfromanotherdropshipplatform,suchasLogicbroker,Rithum,orCommerceHub,withoutdisruptingliveorderprocessingisessential.
• Technicalfluency:SufficientunderstandingofMiraklAPIsandintegrationarchitecturetocommunicaterequirements,assesstechnicalconstraints,andcollaborateeffectivelywithsoftwareengineers.
• Projectdeliveryexperience:Experienceworkingwithinanagencyorsystemsintegratorenvironment,collaboratingwithcross-functionaltechnicalteamswhileoperatingunderanotherperson'sprogrammanagement.
• Communicationanddocumentation:Strongwrittencommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoproduceclearconfigurationdocumentation,vendorguides,implementationdecisions,testingscenarios,andclient-facingstatusupdates.
• Preferredqualifications:ExperiencewiththeMiraklPlatformConnectorforShopifyorotherMirakl-to-Shopifyintegrations;familiaritywithordermanagementandorchestrationmiddleware;exposuretohospitality,travelretail,orloyalty-linkedcommerce;andrelevantMiraklcertifications.
• Workingstyle:Aproactive,organized,anddetail-orientedapproach,withtheabilitytomanagecomplextechnicaldependencies,adapttochangingprojectpriorities,andincreaseavailabilityduringintensivemigrationperiods.
