Marketing Manager: Audio & Offline Media
Accountabilities: Own day-to-day execution of audio media across podcast, programmatic, and streaming channels, making tactical decisions within established strategic guidelines.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the media agency, including execution, inventory management, compliance follow-through, partner accountability, and campaign coordination.
Own daily budget management, pacing, tracking, and reporting, using performance and efficiency data to inform quarterly and annual media planning.
Drive creative strategy, briefing, testing, production, and iteration for audio campaigns, while tracking performance and ensuring brand safety and compliance.
Lead creative project management for custom audience segments, social extensions, partnership initiatives, and other specialized media opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
Support the testing and execution of new media tactics, technologies, and measurement approaches designed to improve campaign performance and growth.
Step in to support Direct Mail and Out-of-Home campaign execution during relaunches and special projects, applying consistent standards for agency management, creative review, and performance tracking.
Partner closely with senior marketing leadership to translate broader channel strategy into effective tactical decisions and high-quality campaign execution.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, or a related field, with demonstrated ownership of channel-level budgets, pacing, and agency performance.
Required experience in podcast, radio, or streaming audio, with Direct Mail and Out-of-Home experience preferred.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Proven experience managing day-to-day agency relationships and holding external partners accountable for execution, quality, and performance.
Strong understanding of audio and Direct Mail measurement and the ability to use performance insights to inform media and creative decisions; experience with Podscribe is strongly preferred.
Strong creative judgment across both performance-focused ad reads and broader brand content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing creative briefs and providing clear internal business updates.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments, adapting priorities and approaches as business needs change.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to campaign execution and problem solving.

Salary range of $95,000–$120,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
