International Creative Writer with Polish

Your tasks

As an International Creative Writer, you will develop and maintain high-quality conversational content in Polish, ensuring that dialogues are engaging, culturally appropriate, and consistent with the virtual assistant's intended personality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Write and edit creative dialogues inspired by current events, cultural topics, popular festivities, and other relevant information.
• Refresh, refine, and improve existing virtual assistant dialogues to maintain their quality and relevance.
• Help develop a distinctive and recognizable virtual assistant personality in Polish while following global personality and communication guidelines.
• Review dialogue suggestions and creative contributions from other writers, providing feedback where appropriate.
• Translate and culturally adapt dialogues from English into Polish, preserving meaning, tone, and conversational naturalness.
• Perform editorial quality assurance to ensure responses meet linguistic, stylistic, and content standards.
• Use proprietary tools to embed completed dialogues into XML files, with training provided.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable writer with strong critical thinking skills, a curiosity about the world, and the ability to work independently. The role requires a commitment to continuous learning and openness to constructive feedback. Key requirements include:

• Excellent Polish language skills, ideally at native level, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and natural conversational expression.
• Ability to write, edit, and adapt creative content for digital assistants or conversational interfaces.
• Strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, and editorial judgment.
• Genuine interest in current affairs, cultural events, popular trends, and a broad range of topics.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage assigned tasks, and meet project expectations.
• Resilience and willingness to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
• A growth mindset and readiness to learn new tools, workflows, and content management systems.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent tone, style, and quality across multiple dialogues.
• Availability for approximately 24 hours per week on a freelance basis.
