Accountabilities Serve as the senior integration and reporting authority on client engagements, owning end-to-end solution design across Oracle Utilities MDM, CC&B, ODM, and OUA.

Architect and govern data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), establishing standards, reusable patterns, and frameworks for delivery teams.

Design and lead enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions using Oracle technologies such as OUA, OBIEE, and OBIU.

Partner with technical architects and client stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, coherent, and defensible solution architectures.

Apply deep knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Meter-to-Cash ecosystem to guide cross-component architectural and integration decisions.

Lead root cause analysis for complex integration, data synchronization, and reporting issues, ensuring teams implement durable solutions rather than temporary fixes.

Keep integration and reporting solutions aligned with Oracle's evolving Utilities product and reporting roadmap, particularly across MDM and CC&B.

Provide technical leadership, design reviews, guidance, and mentorship to developers and junior team members.

Establish and enforce standards for solution quality, performance, architecture, and delivery across integration and reporting workstreams.

Act as a trusted senior technical advisor to clients, explaining architecture, technical trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and shifting priorities while maintaining delivery quality and meeting time-sensitive project commitments.

Maintain a reliable remote working environment and participate in client engagements, meetings, and critical project activities across relevant time zones.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data integration and reporting, ideally with experience operating at Solution Architect or equivalent senior consulting level.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and XML, including the ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot solutions at enterprise scale.

Demonstrated experience designing and governing complex, multi-component enterprise integration architectures.

Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g/12c.

Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and enterprise reporting and business intelligence platforms such as OBIEE, Cognos, or comparable technologies.

Strong understanding of ETL processing, enterprise data integration patterns, and data architecture.

Experience across Oracle, Cognos, Microsoft analytics products, SQL, and business intelligence environments.

Proven ability to lead technical teams, own solution architecture, review technical work, and serve as a senior point of contact for clients.

Hands-on architecture experience with Oracle Utilities products, particularly Meter Data Management (MDM) and Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), is strongly preferred.

Experience with Java and PL/SQL is preferred.

Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms such as Informatica, Talend, or Astera is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly when investigating complex data synchronization and integration issues.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate highly technical concepts and architectural trade-offs into clear business language.

Strong client-facing presence and the ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders.

Demonstrated ownership, urgency, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Willingness and ability to travel to client sites up to 80% of the time .

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet and availability during core business hours across client time zones.
