HVAC/ Duct Foreman

Accountabilities Oversee ductwork activities across multiple project sites, coordinating subcontractors and field crews to keep work progressing efficiently.

Plan daily work activities, establish priorities, and assign crew members to scheduled tasks based on project needs.

Supervise field execution to ensure work meets quality, productivity, and project expectations.

Enforce established safety policies and procedures, ensuring crew members follow safe work practices throughout each phase of construction.

Conduct pre-task risk assessments with the crew to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate controls before work begins.

Communicate regularly with other supervisors, project management, and leadership regarding work planning, progress, challenges, and completion.

Promote a professional, accountable, and collaborative work environment while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

Demonstrated previous experience performing ductwork in commercial, industrial, or comparable construction environments.

Prior supervisory or foreman experience, with the ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors effectively.

Willingness and ability to travel full time to project locations throughout the United States.

Strong understanding of field safety practices and the ability to identify and address potential job-site hazards.

Self-sufficient, motivated, and proactive approach to work, with the ability to take ownership of daily responsibilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with crews, supervisors, management, and other project stakeholders.

Ability to work productively in demanding industrial and heavy commercial environments.

Successful completion of an observed drug screen and background check.
