Healthcare & Medical Expert

Accountabilities Design realistic medical and healthcare tasks based on clinical practice, medical research, epidemiology, public health, or healthcare administration workflows.

Develop tasks involving medical record interpretation, clinical documentation review, healthcare data analysis, and evidence synthesis.

Analyze clinical research findings, scientific literature, and evidence-based medical guidelines.

Prepare and validate calculations involving epidemiological metrics, clinical statistics, and healthcare outcomes.

Create specialized tasks involving diagnostic documentation, medical coding, medical imaging reports, or clinical research protocols, depending on your expertise.

Identify inconsistencies, missing information, unsupported conclusions, and potential errors in medical documentation and healthcare datasets.

Develop reference solutions supported by scientific evidence, reliable sources, and clearly documented assumptions.

Evaluate AI-generated medical analyses and reports for accuracy, completeness, logical consistency, and appropriate clinical interpretation.

Collaborate with technical contributors to establish reproducible tasks and clear, objective evaluation criteria.

Work with appropriately de-identified or synthetic healthcare data while complying with relevant privacy, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.

Requirements

A medical degree, a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant health sciences discipline, or equivalent specialized professional qualifications.

Substantial professional experience in at least one relevant area, such as clinical medicine, radiology, epidemiology, clinical research, public health, or healthcare informatics.

Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and evidence-based decision-making within your area of specialization.

Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical records, medical research documentation, healthcare datasets, or diagnostic reports.

Experience analyzing healthcare information, identifying discrepancies, and evaluating the validity of medical conclusions.

Familiarity with relevant clinical, scientific, or healthcare quality standards.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, combined with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to interpret complex medical information and communicate scientific concepts clearly and accurately.

Strong written English communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage research-oriented tasks, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred qualifications:

An MD, master's degree, PhD, or relevant professional certification in a medical or healthcare discipline.

Clinical specialization, professional medical licensure, or board certification, where applicable.

Experience in clinical trials, systematic reviews, medical research, or evidence-based healthcare.

Familiarity with medical imaging, DICOM, electronic health records, or healthcare interoperability standards.

Experience with medical statistics, Python, R, or healthcare data analysis tools.

Previous experience evaluating AI-generated medical content, clinical AI applications, or medical evaluation benchmarks.

Benefits

Competitive hourly compensation: US$30–60 per hour, depending on the engagement terms and relevant expertise.

Remote work: Work remotely from Brazil, subject to location eligibility and contract arrangements.
