Your tasks

• AgenticAIdevelopment:DesignandimplementAI-poweredapplicationsandagenticworkflows,includingintegrationswithmodelcontextprotocol(MCP)servers,LLMtools,andintelligentautomationsystems.
• LLMintegrationandoptimization:Host,configure,tune,andmanagelargelanguagemodelsandrelatedservices,selectingappropriatemodels,libraries,andinfrastructuretomeetperformance,cost,andreliabilityrequirements.
• AI-poweredfeatureengineering:Developintelligentcapabilitiessuchaschatbots,informationextraction,documentgeneration,semanticsearch,datanormalization,andotherAI-drivenproductfeatures.
• AIqualityassuranceandexperimentation:Establishtestinginfrastructure,structuredexperimentationworkflows,andevaluationframeworkstovalidatemodeloutputs,improvepromptperformance,andensurereliableagentbehavior.
• MLOpsandLLMOps:Applyengineeringbestpracticesformonitoring,testing,deployment,observability,andoperationalreliabilityacrossAI-enabledapplicationsandservices.
• Dataengineeringandinfrastructure:Designandimplementscalabledatapipelines,datalakes,andsupportinginfrastructuretoenableefficientdataprocessingandAI-poweredfunctionality.
• Technicaldecision-making:Evaluatearchitecturaloptions,communicatetechnicaltrade-offsandriskstransparently,andhelpclientsmakeinformeddecisionsaboutimplementationstrategiesandtechnologyinvestments.

Requirements

• Professionalexperience:Approximately4–6yearsofexperienceasaFullStackEngineer,withaproventrackrecordofdeliveringandmaintainingproductionsoftwareacrossthestack.
• Programmingexpertise:StrongexperiencewithTypeScriptandmodernwebtechnologies,includingReactandNode.js,alongsideproficiencyinPythonorGo.
• GenerativeAIexperience:PracticalexperiencebuildingAI-poweredapplicationsandintegratingLLMsintoproductionworkflows.Familiaritywithimageorvideogenerationisanadvantage.
• LLMinfrastructure:Experiencehosting,tuning,andmanagingLLMservices,libraries,ortools,withanunderstandingofmodelselection,performanceoptimization,andproductiondeployment.
• Agenticworkflows:Experiencedesigning,building,andusingagenticsystems,includingcreatingorintegratingMCPserversandconnectingmodelswithexternaltoolsandservices.
• AIapplicationdevelopment:DemonstratedexperiencedeliveringAI-drivenfeaturessuchaschatbots,intelligentsearch,informationextraction,documentconstruction,orautomateddatatransformation.
• Promptengineeringandexperimentation:Familiaritywithpromptdesign,structuredexperimentation,evaluationmethodologies,anditerativeimprovementofmodeloutputs.
• Modelcustomization:Experiencefine-tuninglargelanguagemodelsusingopen-sourcemodelsorcommercialservices.
• Testingandreliability:ConfidenceinestablishingtestinginfrastructureforAIapplications,validatingagentbehavior,andaddressingthereliabilitychallengesassociatedwithnon-deterministicmodeloutputs.
• Cloudanddataplatforms:Experiencewithatleastonemajorcloudprovider,suchasAWS,GoogleCloudPlatform,orMicrosoftAzure,particularlydataandmachinelearningservicessuchasBigQueryorSageMaker.
• Consultingandclientmanagement:Previousexperienceinconsulting,contracting,orclient-facingengineeringroles,withtheabilitytomanageexpectations,communicateprogress,anddeliveragainstprojecttimelines.
• Adaptabilityandownership:Comfortableworkingautonomouslyinafast-movingenvironment,navigatingambiguity,learningunfamiliartechnologies,andadaptingtodifferentclientrequirementsandtechnicalstacks.
• Communicationandcollaboration:Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytoexplaintechnicaldecisionsclearlywhilecollaboratingwithengineers,designers,andbusinessstakeholders.
