Accountabilities: Build and qualify a strong sales pipeline across enterprise organizations, AI startups, developers, and other high-potential accounts.

Manage inbound requests through chat and email, quickly understanding technical needs and identifying qualified opportunities.

Develop and execute outbound outreach sequences and automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n, and similar platforms.

Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers to identify high-value users and uncover potential sales opportunities.

Research prospects, personalize outreach, and experiment with messaging and engagement strategies to improve conversion.

Track CRM activity, pipeline metrics, qualification results, and other key performance indicators, providing accurate weekly reporting.

Engage with technical audiences and communicate the value of AI cloud and open-model deployment solutions in a credible, accessible way.

Attend industry events, conferences, and community activities to generate pipeline and establish relationships across the AI ecosystem.

Collaborate closely with senior commercial leadership on partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, and strategies for expanding market reach.

Contribute ideas, feedback, and market insights that help improve sales processes and strengthen the overall GTM motion.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, developer relations, entrepreneurship, or a closely related environment.

Strong familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to confidently engage with developers, founders, researchers, and technical decision-makers.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI and the ability to act as a genuine power user of modern AI tools and platforms.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate concisely, credibly, and naturally.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative, curiosity, independence, and willingness to take ownership.

Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage environment where processes are evolving and individuals are expected to build rather than simply follow established playbooks.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing outreach, CRM activity, pipeline information, and follow-ups.

Comfortable experimenting with sales automation, prospecting, and productivity tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n, or comparable platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build authentic relationships within technical and entrepreneurial communities.

Willingness to attend relevant industry events and actively develop a professional network within the AI ecosystem.
