Your tasks

• FinancialPlanningandModelling:Build,maintain,andenhancedriver-basedfinancialmodelscoveringannualbudgets,rollingforecasts,uniteconomics,fleetownership,financingstructures,andscenarioplanning.
• PerformanceMonitoringandAnalysis:Conductmonthlyvarianceanalysisacrossmarkets,identifyperformancedrivers,evaluatefinancialrisks,andhighlightemergingopportunitiestosupportproactivedecision-making.
• ManagementandBoardReporting:Ownweeklymanagementupdates,monthlyfinancialperformancereports,andquarterlyboardpresentations,ensuringthatinsightsareaccurate,relevant,anddecision-oriented.
• CapitalandFundingSupport:Supportdebtandequityfundraisingactivitiesbypreparinginvestor-readyfinancialmodels,datapackages,duediligencematerials,andresponsestoinvestorinquiries.
• FinancialDataIntegrity:Extract,reconcile,andvalidateinformationfromthedatawarehouseandotherfinancialsystemstomaintainconsistency,accuracy,andreliabilityacrossreportedfigures.
• Cross-FunctionalBusinessPartnering:CollaboratewithOperations,Supply,Growth,andProductteamstoevaluatepricingstrategies,fleetutilization,customeracquisitioncosts(CAC),lifetimevalue(LTV),andinvestmentopportunities.
• ReportingAutomationandProcessImprovement:Streamlinerecurringreportingactivities,developstandardizedtemplates,andimplementscalableworkflowsthatimproveefficiency,transparency,andfinancialcontrolasthebusinessexpands.
• StrategicDecisionSupport:Translatecomplexfinancialandoperationalanalysesintoclearrecommendationsforseniorstakeholders,helpingguideresourceallocation,investmentpriorities,andlong-termgrowthstrategies.

Requirements

• ProfessionalExperience:Atleast7yearsoftotalprofessionalexperience,includingaminimumof5yearsinFinancialPlanningandAnalysis(FP&A),strategy,oraCEO'sorFounder'sOfficerole.
• RelevantBusinessEnvironment:Currentorrecentexperienceinahigh-growthstartuporawell-regardedorganization,ideallyinapositioninvolvingfinancialownershipandstrategicdecisionsupport.
• FinancialModellingExpertise:Strongabilitytobuildstructured,auditable,driver-basedfinancialmodelsfromscratch,includingforecasts,scenarioanalyses,anduniteconomicsassessments.
• TechnicalandAnalyticalSkills:AdvancedproficiencyinExcelorGoogleSheetsisessential.SQLproficiencyisstronglypreferred,alongwithpracticalexperienceusingbusinessintelligence(BI)tools.
• FinancialAcumen:Strongunderstandingoffinancialstatements,budgeting,forecasting,profitabilityanalysis,uniteconomics,andbusinessperformancemetrics.
• CommunicationandStakeholderManagement:Abilitytotransformcomplexfinancialfindingsintoconcise,compelling,andactionablenarrativesforseniorexecutives,boardmembers,andinvestors.
• AttentiontoDetail:Highstandardsofaccuracy,dataintegrity,analyticalrigor,andfinancialdocumentation.
• AdaptabilityandOwnership:Comfortableworkingindependentlyinafast-paced,ambiguousenvironment,managingcompetingpriorities,andtakingresponsibilityfordeliverablesacrossmultiplemarkets.
• Education:Abachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Economics,Engineering,orarelateddisciplinefromaleadinginstitutionispreferred.AnMBAfromatopbusinessschoolisanadvantage.
• ProfessionalCertifications:CFA,CA,orCPAqualificationsareconsideredbeneficial.
• AdditionalAdvantages:Experienceinmobility,marketplaces,leasing,orasset-intensivebusinesses;exposuretostructuredorasset-backedfinancing;andexperienceworkingacrossGulfCooperationCouncil(GCC)markets,particularlytheUAEandSaudiArabia,aredesirable.
