Requirements

• EducationalQualifications:Bachelor'sdegreeinarelevantengineeringdiscipline,preferablyInstrumentationandControl,Electronics,ElectricalEngineering,orarelatedfield.
• ProfessionalExperience:Approximately3–5yearsofrelevantexperienceintechnicalestimation,engineeringdesign,proposalpreparation,orarelatedfunction.
• BuildingManagementSystems:ExposuretoBMStechnologies,buildingautomationsolutions,andassociatedcontrolsystems.
• TechnicalEstimationSkills:Practicalknowledgeofequipmenttake-offs,I/Osummaries,DDCcontrollersizing,fielddeviceandvalveselection,BOQpreparation,costing,andcablescheduling.
• ProposalandPre-SalesExpertise:Understandingofpre-salesprocesses,technicalspecifications,proposaldevelopment,andthepreparationofinclusions,exclusions,assumptions,anddeviations.
• TechnicalDocumentation:Abilitytoprepareandinterpretsystemarchitecturediagrams,floorrisers,controlschematics,andtechnicalcompliancedocumentation.
