Accountabilities: Own the digital product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for key Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation platforms, including Medical CRM and scientific exchange tools.

Serve as the primary bridge between medical and technical stakeholders, translating complex scientific engagement and evidence-generation needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable priorities.

Ensure digital products and solutions are designed and delivered in accordance with non-promotional regulations, medical integrity standards, and applicable pharmaceutical compliance requirements.

Drive the development of tools and analytics that capture, analyze, and surface global medical insights, enabling data-driven decision-making for Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation leadership.

Own the end-to-end user experience for relevant platforms, ensuring solutions are intuitive, effective, and aligned with the needs of field medical teams and healthcare professionals.

Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs that demonstrate the value, adoption, and impact of technology solutions against scientific engagement objectives.

Provide clear day-to-day direction to delivery teams, ensuring development priorities remain aligned with Medical Affairs strategy and business needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for delivery teams, providing ongoing clarification, feedback, and guidance on medical and scientific requirements.

Collaborate across multidisciplinary and international teams to build trust, resolve ambiguity, drive outcomes, and continuously improve digital products and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst delivering solutions for Medical Affairs, Clinical, R&D, or closely related functions.

At least 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation processes, and relevant compliance requirements.

At least 5 years of experience owning product roadmaps and using KPIs to measure, demonstrate, and communicate the value of technology solutions to scientific or medical stakeholders.

Deep knowledge of product management principles, including product vision, strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and value delivery within a regulated environment.

Ability to translate complex scientific, medical, and business requirements into clear technical requirements and user stories for delivery teams.

Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing non-promotional activities and scientific exchange within the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge of digital technologies supporting Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation, including Medical CRM, insight-gathering platforms, and scientific content dissemination tools.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across multicultural and multilingual global environments.

Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating with ambiguity, with demonstrated resilience, curiosity, trust-building skills, and a continuous-learning mindset.

Outcome-oriented and naturally inquisitive, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts, seek feedback, and continuously improve.

Willingness to contribute actively to a culture centered on co-creation, innovation, empowerment, excellence, and humility.

Ability and willingness to travel internationally or domestically up to 20% as required.

Benefits

Annual base salary range of $156,000–$214,500 USD for U.S. applicants.

Eligibility to participate in short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to applicable plan terms and policies.

Full-time, remote position based in the United States.
