Digital Product Manager - Polyphonic Surgery

Accountabilities Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, balancing customer needs, clinical priorities, commercial objectives, and technical considerations.

Translate customer, clinical, and market insights into clear product requirements and validate priorities before development begins.

Own the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and prioritization based on customer and business value.

Partner with engineering and design through agile planning, refinement, reviews, and delivery activities to ensure high-quality products are delivered on schedule.

Coordinate platform, data, and partner-integration workstreams to create a cohesive connected surgical experience.

Support product releases through readiness planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and launch execution.

Equip commercial and customer success teams with product knowledge, demonstrations, and materials that support accurate positioning and adoption.

Monitor product adoption, performance, and customer outcomes, using data and feedback to guide ongoing improvements.

Ensure products meet expectations for quality, cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible use of AI within healthcare.

Collaborate across technical, clinical, business, and commercial stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Health Informatics, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related software product role.

Experience with healthcare, medical devices, digital surgery, or other regulated software products is preferred.

Familiarity with video, sensor, EHR-connected, or other clinical and procedural data sources.

Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products and technology ecosystems involving third-party integrations.

Demonstrated ability to convert customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

Experience working within agile development environments, including backlog management and release delivery.

Understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements, including frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, clinical, business, and commercial audiences.

Strong interpersonal, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing demands.

Comfort operating in rapidly changing environments where product strategy and execution evolve together.

Ability to travel up to 25% within the U.S. and internationally.

Competitive annual base salary of $134,000–$231,150 , with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and work location.
