Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining Salesforce solutions focused on automation, conversational experiences, and scalable customer engagement platforms. You will contribute to technical decisions, platform evolution, and the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain conversational solutions using Salesforce technologies, especially Einstein Bots and Digital Engagement.
Build and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and APIs.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce bots, corporate systems, and external services.
Apply Salesforce architecture principles, including data modeling, security standards, and development best practices.
Support platform evolution through automation, customization, and continuous improvements.
Work with Salesforce DX, Git workflows, and CI/CD processes to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
Analyze technical challenges, identify solutions, and contribute to complex problem resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability across Salesforce implementations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a Salesforce developer with strong technical expertise, experience in platform customization, and the ability to solve complex challenges. You should combine development skills with analytical thinking and strong collaboration abilities.
Advanced experience developing and supporting Salesforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of Einstein Bots, Digital Engagement, and conversational service solutions.
Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience integrating Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems and external services.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and development best practices.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD processes.
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and ability to design efficient solutions for complex problems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Nice to have:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Experience with additional Salesforce certifications or advanced platform capabilities.
Background working on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
