Accountabilities: Partner with the Program Manager to build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through consistent, transparent, and high-quality execution.

Serve as a supporting point of contact between customer leadership, internal teams, technical organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and deliverables.

Act on behalf of the Program Manager when required, maintaining continuity and operational discipline across the program.

Support strategic initiatives focused on federal customer standards, mission priorities, technology modernization, and continuous improvement.

Apply a consultative approach to identify challenges, develop actionable solutions, and improve service delivery and customer outcomes.

Help lead IT managers, technical leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams while supporting effective collaboration and accountability.

Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and task assignments.

Coordinate resources across development and operations teams in accordance with project and contract requirements.

Anticipate roadblocks, identify technical and organizational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately.

Monitor program performance and assist with reporting on metrics, costs, earned value, risks, opportunities, configuration management, and change control.

Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with applicable federal, security, configuration management, and program control requirements.

Support team mentoring, performance management, virtual collaboration, demonstrations, training, and customer-facing technical discussions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of combined deputy program management or project management experience.

Demonstrated experience supporting NASA environments, customers, and solutions aligned with NASA mission requirements.

Strong program delivery and operational management experience across complex, technology-focused initiatives.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Proven customer relationship management experience and the ability to establish trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.

Experience supporting or mentoring remote teams, including coordination, performance, and resource management.

Experience creating schedules, tracking timelines, managing deliverables, reporting metrics, conducting demonstrations, and delivering virtual training.

Demonstrated ability to improve performance and leverage emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.

Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred.

Candidates must reside in the Los Angeles, California area; relocation assistance is not provided.

The position is expected to be remote until the associated contract is awarded, after which it will transition to an on-site work arrangement.

Ability to travel approximately 10–25% as required.
