Accountabilities: As a D365 F&O Developer, you will support the development, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Human Resources solutions using X++.

Implementing, configuring, and enhancing D365 F&O and HR modules based on business requirements.

Analyzing functional needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

Supporting ERP-related processes and helping improve business workflows through technology solutions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and system improvements.

Participating in process digitization initiatives and cloud migration projects when required.

Providing technical guidance and communicating solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences.

Supporting continuous improvement efforts across enterprise applications and operational processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled techno-functional professional with experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. You should bring:

4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Human Resources modules.

Strong proficiency in X++ development and D365 customization.

Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and HR solutions.

Strong understanding of ERP applications, business processes, and enterprise system workflows.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in technology-driven environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with process digitization and cloud migration initiatives is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Ability to work during US business hours when required.
