Consultor SAP Basis Pleno

Accountabilities: Act as a technical focal point between business and technical teams, translating needs and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Evaluate and recommend technologies, practices, and innovative tools to optimize SAP environments.

Participate actively in project meetings, providing technical guidance and ensuring consistency across proposed solutions.

Provide consultative support for infrastructure decisions and SAP implementation strategies.

Develop and maintain detailed technical and architectural documentation.

Provide high-level support for the resolution of complex and critical technical issues, helping maintain business continuity.

Monitor industry trends and best practices and contribute ideas that promote innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a mid-level SAP Basis Consultant .

Strong understanding of SAP components and environments, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori , and related technologies.

Practical experience with cloud solutions, particularly SAP RISE , with knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform .

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, influence different audiences, and provide technical leadership.

Excellent teamwork, customer focus, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong argumentation and presentation abilities, combined with creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach.

Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to investigate and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.

SAP certifications and experience working on international projects are considered valuable differentiators.
