Consultor SAP ABAP Sênior

Accountabilities: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP, following established development standards and Clean Core principles.

Support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA 2023 capabilities for Brazil, with a particular focus on localization requirements.

Translate functional and business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.

Contribute to the delivery of Brazil Localization demands within a global SAP implementation environment.

Collaborate with international SAP teams and stakeholders to coordinate requirements, integrations, development activities, and technical deliveries.

Participate in technical discussions, solution design, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Ensure development work follows SAP best practices, Clean Core guidelines, and project standards.

Communicate effectively with global teams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to a collaborative environment through knowledge sharing, technical support, and constructive teamwork.

Requirements:

Solid professional experience as a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development.

Proven experience with Brazil Localization requirements and solutions.

Previous experience working on SAP implementation and/or Global Rollout projects.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA , preferably version 2023.

Good understanding and practical experience applying Clean Core concepts.

Fluent, specialist-level English is mandatory for effective collaboration within an international team.

Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with global stakeholders and technical teams.

Ability to work effectively on complex projects involving multiple teams, systems, and international dependencies.

Collaborative and proactive working style, with strong ownership and accountability.

Good sense of urgency, prioritization, and ability to manage competing demands.
