Accountabilities Respond promptly and professionally to user questions through Discord and ticketing systems, providing clear, accurate, and helpful support.

Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues, deliver advanced assistance where appropriate, and escalate problems that fall outside the team’s scope.

Identify critical issues affecting business continuity, security, or users and escalate them rapidly to the appropriate internal teams.

Provide high-touch, white-glove support to VIP users and ensure their needs are handled efficiently.

Route partnership and business development inquiries to the relevant internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, and Developer Advocacy.

Moderate community channels, enforce community guidelines, and help maintain a welcoming, safe, and constructive environment.

Support user onboarding and education by creating guides, FAQs, workshops, webinars, and AMA content.

Collect user feedback, recurring issues, and community insights to support ongoing product and service improvements.

Monitor relevant trends and developments across the wider crypto and DeFi ecosystem and communicate meaningful insights internally.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community Support teams to address emerging user needs and develop initiatives that strengthen engagement and community growth.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, particularly Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) chains and decentralized finance.

Solid understanding of Automated Market Makers (AMMs), with experience or knowledge of Concentrated Liquidity Market Makers (CLMMs) considered an advantage.

Previous experience in customer support, community management, technical support, or a closely related role.

Fluent or native-level written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a practical approach to diagnosing and resolving user issues.

Ability to remain calm, professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented when handling challenging or high-pressure situations.

Familiarity with online community and social platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, and Reddit.

Strong interest in blockchain, DeFi, and emerging financial technologies, with the curiosity to continuously develop technical knowledge.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
