Commercialization Systems Analyst

Accountabilities: Execute end-to-end ERP and PLM processes supporting new product launches, product variants, lifecycle management programs, and product changes, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Create, maintain, and execute product master data within ERP systems in accordance with established standards, controls, and data-quality requirements.

Coordinate critical system setup activities and commercialization milestones to support launch readiness across global, regional, and market-specific product portfolios.

Conduct data-quality reviews and system validations, investigate master-data and process issues, and resolve problems that could affect business execution or launch timelines.

Manage lifecycle-management purchase order activities and coordinate requirements across relevant business and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Partner with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and R&D teams to coordinate system readiness for new product introductions, line extensions, variants, and product updates.

Maintain process documentation and support audit, compliance, and governance requirements within a regulated operating environment.

Identify opportunities to improve commercialization processes and contribute to automation initiatives, reporting solutions, data-validation capabilities, and tools that enhance launch execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and professional experience supporting ERP and/or PLM systems, with exposure to product launches, product variants, lifecycle management, or related commercialization activities.

Hands-on experience with SAP and Windchill is required, along with the ability to work confidently with product and master-data processes.

Experience with data analytics, Power BI, SQL, or automation is valuable, particularly where these tools have been used to improve reporting, data quality, or operational efficiency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing practical solutions.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions and coordinate activities involving diverse stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and execution discipline, particularly when working with critical product data, system validations, launch milestones, and compliance requirements.

Experience working in a regulated environment and understanding the importance of data integrity, process controls, documentation, and compliance.

Anticipated base salary range of $54,000–$87,400 .

Eligibility to participate in a retirement program, including a pension and 401(k) savings plan, subject to applicable plan terms.

Paid vacation of 120 hours per calendar year , subject to applicable policies and date of hire.

Paid sick time of 40 hours per calendar year , with higher allocations applicable in certain states.
