Accountabilities: The Commercial GTM Strategist, Partnerships will be responsible for developing scalable commercial strategies, improving partnership operations, and creating frameworks that enable efficient growth across a broad partner ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn complex business challenges into actionable solutions.

Build and optimize commercial frameworks that transform unique partner negotiations and account management processes into repeatable, scalable GTM playbooks.

Analyze partnership performance data to identify growth opportunities, improve deal structures, and support strategic decision-making.

Design and implement AI-driven workflows, automation solutions, and productivity tools that increase operational efficiency.

Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations teams to streamline execution and accelerate commercial initiatives.

Develop strategic programs that improve partner expansion, retention, profitability, and overall ecosystem performance.

Translate market trends, customer insights, and business metrics into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.

Support forecasting activities and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout complex partnership processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, and business operations, with the ability to navigate complex environments and create scalable solutions. They combine analytical expertise, business judgment, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes.

5+ years of professional experience in B2B partnerships, commercial strategy, GTM operations, business development, or related fields.

3+ years of experience building supply-side programs from the ground up, including creating playbooks, launching partner categories, or structuring expansion initiatives.

Strong understanding of partnership models, commercial negotiations, deal structures, and go-to-market execution.

Experience using data analysis to identify opportunities, improve processes, and support strategic decisions.

Proven ability to design and implement operational processes, systems, or tools in fast-growing environments.

Experience collaborating across multiple functions, including finance, legal, product, engineering, and operations.

Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and workflows, including prompt engineering and automation platforms such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.

Experience with CRM and productivity tools such as Salesforce and data visualization platforms is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives independently.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
