• Strategictechnicalleadership:Partnerwithengineeringexecutivesandseniorleadershiptotranslatecomplextechnologicaldevelopmentsintoactionablearchitecturalstrategiesandproductroadmaps.
• Scalabilityandperformance:Designandoverseedistributedcloudarchitecturesanddatapipelinescapableofsupportinglarge-scaleworkloads,high-volumeidentityoperations,andglobaltrafficwhilemaintainingsecurityandreliability.
• Identityandsecurityarchitecture:Guidetheevolutionofidentityandaccessmanagement,directoryservices,ZeroTrust,andendpointmanagementcapabilities,ensuringrobustsecurityanddependableaccesscontrols.
• Technicalmentorship:Coachengineersandengineeringmanagers,encourageknowledgesharing,andelevatetechnicalstandardsandproblem-solvingcapabilitiesthroughouttheorganization.
• Competitiveintelligence:Analyzecompetingtechnologies,monitordevelopmentsinAIandidentitymanagement,anticipatemarkettrends,andtranslatefindingsintoarchitecturaladvantages.

• Operationalreliability:Supportdependableproductionsystemsandparticipateinassignedon-callrotationstohelpensuretimelyresponsestooperationalalertsandincidents.

Requirements

• Professionalexperience:Atleast15yearsofexperienceinsoftwareengineeringandarchitecture,includingaminimumoffouryearsfocusedondeepAIintegrations.
• Identitydomainexpertise:DemonstratedexperienceinIdentityandAccessManagement(IAM),Directory-as-a-Service(DaaS),ZeroTrustsecurity,endpointmanagement,orcomparableenterpriseidentityplatforms.
• AIandarchitecturalexpertise:StrongknowledgeofAIintegrationstrategies,modernsoftwarearchitecture,distributedsystems,andscalablecloud-basedplatforms.
• Large-scalesystems:Aproventrackrecordofdesigning,building,andmaintainingdistributedarchitecturesanddatapipelinesthatoperatereliablyundersubstantialworkloads.
• Technicaladaptability:Ademonstratedabilitytochallengeestablishedpractices,experimentwithemergingtechnologies,andrapidlyadaptarchitecturalstrategiestoevolvingbusinessandtechnicalrequirements.
• Leadershipandmentorship:Extensiveexperienceguidingseniortechnicalprofessionals,mentoringengineers,influencingengineeringmanagers,andimprovingtechnicalcapabilitiesacrossteams.
• Executivecommunication:Exceptionalcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoexplaincomplextechnicalconceptsclearlyandprovideactionablerecommendationstoexecutivestakeholders.
• Analyticalandstrategicthinking:Strongabilitytoevaluatecompetingproducts,identifyindustrytrends,assesstechnicaltrade-offs,andtranslatemarketintelligenceintoeffectivearchitecturaldecisions.

• Programmingskills:Hands-onproficiencyinamodernprogramminglanguagesuchasPython,Go,Rust,oracomparablelanguage,particularlyforrapidprototypingandproof-of-conceptdevelopment,ispreferred.
• Cloud-nativetechnologies:AdvancedknowledgeofAWS,GoogleCloudPlatform,orMicrosoftAzure,alongwithcontainerizationandorchestrationtechnologiessuchasDockerandKubernetes,isanadvantage.
• Industryengagement:Experiencewithtechnicalpublications,conferencepresentations,open-sourcecontributions,orpublicadvocacyforAIandemergingtechnologiesisaplus.
• High-growthexperience:Previousexperienceworkinginafast-growingtechnologycompany,particularlyinanenvironmentcharacterizedbyrapidinnovationandchangingpriorities,isbeneficial.
• Communicationrequirements:FluencyinwrittenandspokenEnglishisrequired,astheorganizationoperatesacrossmultiplecountriesandconductsitsrecruitmentprocessprimarilyinEnglish.
