Your tasks

• Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to shortlisted candidates and introduce relevant job opportunities, including role details, company information, location, and eligibility criteria.
• Confirm candidates’ interest, availability, notice periods, and other information required for the recruitment process.
• Conduct timely follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to maintain candidate engagement.
• Share interested and qualified candidates with the relevant recruiting team for further evaluation.
• Maintain accurate call logs, candidate records, and follow-up notes in spreadsheets or designated systems.
• Meet daily outreach targets while maintaining professional communication, consistency, and attention to detail.
• For POD Lead positions, coordinate team activities, coach associates, monitor daily productivity, and support quality standards.

Requirements

• A completed undergraduate degree is required; current college students are not eligible. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Clear, fluent spoken English and confident, professional telephone communication skills.
• Comfort with repetitive outbound calling, frequent follow-ups, and performance-based daily targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, persistence, and the ability to handle conversations professionally.
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency and careful attention to candidate information and record accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting agreed productivity expectations.
• Availability to work 9 hours per day, 6 days per week, including one mandatory working Sunday per month, with a higher incentive for that Sunday.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is an advantage but is not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

What we offer

• Fixed monthly pay: ₹5,000–₹15,000, depending on experience, assessment, and role level.
• Performance-based bonus: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, based on achieved results; incentives are not guaranteed.
• Potential total monthly compensation: Approximately ₹5,000–₹25,000, depending on the applicable compensation structure and performance.
• Remote work: Work from anywhere in India, subject to role requirements and the agreed schedule.
• Career development: Gain practical experience in candidate engagement, recruitment operations, and talent outreach.
• Potential growth opportunities: Eligible candidates may be considered for higher-responsibility positions, including POD Lead, depending on experience and mutual fit.
• Transparent compensation terms: Full pay and incentive details will be shared before an offer is accepted.
