Brand & Creative Strategy Expert
Accountabilities: Reconstruct business slides from supplied images in Microsoft PowerPoint, accurately recreating layouts, charts, visual structures, and presentation elements.
Enhance slide organisation, formatting, visual consistency, and overall polish while preserving the original business intent.
Strengthen narrative flow, message hierarchy, and visual storytelling for executive and senior-level audiences.
Apply brand and creative strategy principles to balance visual impact, strategic context, and business objectives.
Transform complex information into clear and compelling visual presentations, improving charts, diagrams, tables, and other data-driven elements.
Refine slide copy for clarity, concision, strategic impact, and audience relevance without changing the underlying meaning.
Develop stronger action titles and identify unnecessary repetition, unclear messaging, or opportunities to improve communication.
Critically review slides against professional presentation standards and determine which elements should be modified or intentionally preserved.
Maintain detailed change logs and provide clear rationale for design and content decisions.
Defend creative and editorial decisions using practical presentation, communication, and business principles.
Deliver completed slides and supporting documentation within required timelines while adapting to evolving project requirements.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, advertising, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
Professional background with a recognised advertising agency, holding company, brand consultancy, major in-house brand team, or technology organisation is highly relevant.
Proven experience creating executive-level or client-facing presentations, including new-business pitches, campaign reviews, strategic brand decks, or similar materials.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with strong slide reconstruction and presentation-design capabilities.
Strong visual storytelling and information hierarchy skills.
Demonstrated expertise in data visualisation and the ability to communicate complex information through clear, effective presentation formats.
Excellent written communication and content-editing skills, with the ability to improve messaging while preserving its intended meaning.
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and professional judgement.
Ability to clearly explain and defend design, editorial, and strategic decisions.
Sales, go-to-market, consulting, or related commercial experience is a plus.
Previous experience reviewing AI-generated content or contributing to AI training is advantageous but not required.
Ability to work independently as an experienced consultant while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing project requirements.
Must complete assignments without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to current or former employers, clients, agencies, institutions, brands, or other third parties.

Each reviewed and enhanced slide, including its change log, generally requires 1–2 hours to complete.
