B2B Outreach Specialist (Business Development & Marketing)
Accountabilities Research and identify prospective B2B partners, including healthcare providers, clinics, healthcare organizations, and other relevant referral sources.
Conduct consistent outbound outreach through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate communication channels.
Initiate conversations with prospective partners, introduce available services, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Schedule and conduct discovery conversations to understand partner needs, goals, and potential areas of alignment.
Present services clearly and professionally while communicating the value of potential partnerships.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing partners through timely communication and structured follow-up.
Manage the business development pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress effectively from initial outreach through partnership discussions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including lead information, outreach activity, conversation notes, follow-ups, and opportunity status.
Track outreach performance and provide relevant feedback on response patterns, objections, partner needs, and messaging effectiveness.
Collaborate with Marketing and senior leadership to align outreach campaigns, improve targeting, and refine business development messaging.
Work independently to prioritize activities, maintain consistent follow-up, and achieve outreach and partnership objectives within a remote environment.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, outreach, lead generation, or a related commercial role.
Experience in healthcare, mental healthcare, telehealth, or another healthcare-related environment is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently initiate conversations and develop professional relationships.
Demonstrated ability to conduct consistent outreach, handle follow-ups, overcome objections, and maintain engagement with prospective partners.
Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, trustworthy approach to B2B communication.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects, conversations, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho or similar systems, or the ability to learn new CRM tools quickly.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, email, calling platforms, LinkedIn, and other digital communication tools.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining accountability for activity and results.
Ability to work effectively with Marketing and leadership teams and incorporate feedback into outreach strategies.
Comfortable working a full-time schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.
